I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make our honeymoon special with some lovely treats. The location was peaceful and provided a nice side view of the sea, although a little cleanliness in common areas would have been nice. Overall, it was definitely a great value for the price with friendly service and a cozy atmosphere.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel which is located in a fantastic area, close to everything we wanted to do. The rooms were super comfortable and clean, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us out, but the dining experience could use some improvement – breakfast was a bit lacking. The only downside was that the room got quite hot at night, and it would have been nice to have a fan available.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had its highlights, there were a few letdowns. The location by the sea is simply stunning, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. On the downside, my room left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and upkeep, especially for the price. The dining was enjoyable but could have offered a bit more variety.

However, the dining experience didn't quite live up to expectations and the location, though nice, was a bit distant from the center of Galway, making it less convenient.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic with the beach just across the road and plenty of dining options nearby, the room I was given had a rather uninspiring view of a concrete wall. The service was decent, although I did notice that it took longer than expected to have my request attended to. The dining experience had its highlights, especially breakfast, which was quite delicious, but I felt it could justify a better value for the price.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the Salthill promenade with lovely views and just a short taxi ride into Galway city. However, the rooms felt a bit old and could use some updates, and I missed having a mini fridge. The staff was friendly and nice, but sometimes the service could be a bit slow and unresponsive to requests, which was a letdown. Overall, it's a decent place with great potential if a few things were improved.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was incredible, right on the Salthill Promenade, which I loved. The rooms, however, weren't as nice as I expected, and we had no air conditioning, so we had to leave the windows open, which made it quite loud with wedding music late into the night. The service was excellent, super friendly and attentive, which made a big difference. Overall, while the hotel had a great vibe, the room situation was a letdown.
