Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make our honeymoon special with some lovely treats. The location was peaceful and provided a nice side view of the sea, although a little cleanliness in common areas would have been nice. Overall, it was definitely a great value for the price with friendly service and a cozy atmosphere.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel which is located in a fantastic area, close to everything we wanted to do. The rooms were super comfortable and clean, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us out, but the dining experience could use some improvement – breakfast was a bit lacking. The only downside was that the room got quite hot at night, and it would have been nice to have a fan available.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had its highlights, there were a few letdowns. The location by the sea is simply stunning, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. On the downside, my room left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and upkeep, especially for the price. The dining was enjoyable but could have offered a bit more variety.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying its fantastic location right on the Salthill Promenade, with stunning beach views. The service was really attentive, making sure all my needs were taken care of. However, the dining experience was just okay, and my suite, while lovely, felt quite outdated. Overall, it offers great value for money, especially with the stunning scenery and friendly staff.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were quite spacious and spotless, the view from the small window facing the car park wasn't the best. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. However, the dining experience didn't quite live up to expectations and the location, though nice, was a bit distant from the center of Galway, making it less convenient.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with a great location right by the sea and a fantastic view of the ocean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. However, the rooms felt a bit dated and the bed was uncomfortable, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, it’s a good value for money, especially with the beautiful surroundings and nice service.
I had a great stay at this hotel, which boasts a wonderful location right on the seafront, just a short walk from the beach and local shops. The rooms were nice, but I did occasionally hear noise from the street at night. The service was fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff, making my stay enjoyable. The dining experience was great, especially the delicious breakfast. Overall, it was a good value for money, but the noise issue could be a concern for some guests.
The hotel has a stunning location right by the sea, with beautiful walks just outside and friendly staff who were super accommodating. However, the rooms left a bit to be desired in terms of decor and amenities, and the dining experience was not perfect. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic with the beach just across the road and plenty of dining options nearby, the room I was given had a rather uninspiring view of a concrete wall. The service was decent, although I did notice that it took longer than expected to have my request attended to. The dining experience had its highlights, especially breakfast, which was quite delicious, but I felt it could justify a better value for the price.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the Salthill promenade with lovely views and just a short taxi ride into Galway city. However, the rooms felt a bit old and could use some updates, and I missed having a mini fridge. The staff was friendly and nice, but sometimes the service could be a bit slow and unresponsive to requests, which was a letdown. Overall, it's a decent place with great potential if a few things were improved.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was incredible, right on the Salthill Promenade, which I loved. The rooms, however, weren't as nice as I expected, and we had no air conditioning, so we had to leave the windows open, which made it quite loud with wedding music late into the night. The service was excellent, super friendly and attentive, which made a big difference. Overall, while the hotel had a great vibe, the room situation was a letdown.
The hotel was ideally located with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, making it easy to explore Galway and the beach. Unfortunately, the room was smaller than expected, which made it less comfortable for our family of four. The service was friendly, but there were some issues with order accuracy. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there’s room for improvement.
The hotel has a lovely location right on The Salthill Promenade with stunning views. I found the rooms to be quite basic and not exactly as advertised. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. However, the dining experience fell short and could use some improvement, especially with the breakfast service and options.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its great location right next to the beach and the friendly staff who were always willing to help. The room was nicely quiet, though it felt a bit dark and could really use a mini fridge. While dining, I encountered a few hiccups with the breakfast, but overall, the experience was enjoyable. It's a decent value for money, but do keep in mind the limited sea view and some dining service delays.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which boasted fantastic facilities and a beautiful location right by the coast. The rooms were quite modern and had a great walk-in shower, although the first room we were shown was smaller than we expected. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Imre at the bar and Catherine at the reception, who made us feel right at home. However, the dining experience fell a bit short, with a limited breakfast selection for the additional fee. Overall, it was a great experience with some room for improvement.
